¡¡A quién no le gustaría estar en este grupo de investigación!! Básicamente se dedican a estudiar el champagne, sus burbujas, su comportamiento. En uno de sus últimos artículos, publicado en el Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry1, estudian de qué manera influyen dos variables  sobre las burbujas de CO2 que va emitiendo el champagne al ser servido: la temperatura del mismo y la manera de verterlo en la copa.
